Here's how it works!

There is a fee of $5 to list any item priced $100.00 or more. There are no other fees if item does not sell. There is a 10% final value fee if your item sells.

30% will be added to the price you want for your item. Your item will be rolled into inventory in our online store for 21 days. You will be called to pick pick up your item after 30 days if it does not sell.

After notification, you will have 14 days to pick the item up, or it will become the property of ANTIQUE WAREHOUSES. If a deal is offered for your item online, you will be called to give permission to accept the offer.

Shipping & Handling will be the responsibility of ANTIQUE WAREHOUSES. Buyer pays for shipping & handling. Thank you in advance for doing business with me.
